The other day I was checking out the other, older volumes(1-8) that are only available on vhs(whatever that is ;) ) and they looked pretty good. Does anyone know if there are any plans to release some, or all of the older volumes on dvd? Not only for the quality, but affordability(dvd's always seem cheaper than vhs). I notice they only seem to go further into the series on DVD. I think they're on volume 18 by now. On a related note, any one have some good girl-girl strap-on feature suggestions? I don't know if Pleasure Productions is going to backtrack and release the earliest volumes on DVD, but they did just make a three DVD bundle of SOS 9-11 for retail sale. If it sells well, maybe they will do another. SOS18 is indeed the newest (still new) release and SOS19 is in the can and coming late summer or autumn of this year I believe. There's quite a few new hotties making their debuts in SOS18 & 19 if I do say so myself. If you're a fan you might also want to check out my newest series from my own Jim Gunn Productions label "Lesbian Cheerleader Squad 1" and also #2 as well as "Lesbian Teenyboppers". I'm actually surprised more adult films aren't shot and produced down here. We have great locales and scenery that rivals California in my opinion(We're a just a well kept secret I guess). Glad to hear you're keeping the SOS series going. I did notice the bundle that was recently made available, however I do already own those volumes. Thanks for the heads up though. I checked out volume 15 the other day and let me tell you, Ali O'Neal was a great discovery. I'm sure the ladies in future entries will be just as hot as the last. SOS 1 & 2 were the first real hardcore movies I ever directed back in 1993 and I certainly have learned a lot since then. Truth be told, none of those girls would make the cut for my casting call nowadays. The girls I am discovering lately are infintely better looking as far as I am concerned. Chances are that whatever you are thinking of has a) either been done already and you don't know it b) is far too impractical to really pull off or c) may be a wonderful brainstorm, but only in the theoretical execution and even then if and only if a whole host of other factors fall into place. In the "lightbulb" stage an idea is esentially worth nothing. I myself have ideas for about a million movies that I haven't had the time, opportunity or resources to do yet but may someday and I'm actually a working producer. I found that my idea hasn't been done before. I also basically wrote and storyboarded the whole thing in my head in the course of like an hour(I write movie scripts as a hobby). It would be inexpensive to make and not at all unpractical imo. I think it would make a great,fun all-girl feature(even better in your hands probably) .
