The best (or worst) suggestion I have is I've Never Done That Before 8 which features Daisy Marie's only anal scene. The poor lighting shows full body strechmarks on this beautiful woman. Not a great cinematic scene by any stretch of the imagination, but it should meet your fetish requirement.

check out early ricki white scenes before she got her boob job . her tits are insanely stretch marked and floppy. after her boob job which was a great one made her look so much better ..you can still see them on the top of her breasts if you look closely but the implants really tightened them up or made them less visible. check out her scene from "wasted youth" in the stills you can see massive stretch marks on her tits which originally werent even all that big which was always puzzling to how the stretch marks were so apparent.
