I heard this morning that the dollar is the strongest that it has been in 6 years. Has anyone who regularly purchases titles from these venues noticed an increase in value lately? TIA.

Compared to what other currency? Not to the Euro.

3 year high maybe, but still a bit premature to call it strong. And the dollar couldn't go much lower anyway. The article does not mention which six currencies they use for the comparison, so I wouldn't get too excited yet.

As someone who makes rather frequent foreign purchases, about the only currency that we seem to be doing well against is the Australian Dollar.
