Strangely, the most difficult thing about double anal for some girls isn't how much is in their ass, it's dealing with the position and making it look like you're not about to topple over.
"Struggles with Anal" sounds like a movie title. I think the struggle is real. Whether the pace is 'slow, easy, sensual' or 'lightspeed jackhammer', anal fans want to see full insertion with willing capable girl. I've never seen a struggle. Most appear to be totally oblivious.
In my opinion it is difficult to fake anal sex, so when the girls struggle I think it is real. But as a real anal fan I like see girls who have no problem with anal sex, so a good preparation before an anal scene is very important

I agree. I think girls who struggle with anal shouldn't be doing it. As for double anal, many girls -- Kylie, Sandra Romain and Hillary among them -- say it's easier than double vag. Now there have been story driven situations where I have the girls act like it hurts. Julie Night's scene in Upload is a prime example. She's supposed to be an unwilling rape victim getting sodomized by Alex Sanders, she she acted like it was killing her. I've had my hand up Julie's ass with no trouble so that's definitely acting. For me the funniest is when those with anal experience act like it's their first time. Hamilton Steele was once showing off a scene he did with Lena Ramone for 'Butt Plummers'. "Caught From Behind" is a classic all-anal series from the 1980's. The early titles have a mix of "struggling" girls and "no problem" girls. CFB#3 has Tamara Longley taking (the young)Ron Jeremy fairly easily, ending with a gaper. It also has Stevie Taylor struggling with RJ. CFB#4 is another good one also, with a mix of easy anals and not-so-easy anals; it stars Patti Petite, Kelli Richards, Buffy Davis. I'm sure there are other good ones in the series, but those 2 I know for sure. There are also some "Best of Caught From Behind" compilations out there which may be worth taking a look at. I recommend to stick with the earlier volumes if you want the classic look and style.

I would say from just a viewers standpoint the struggles are very real in the Caught from Behind movies for the most part. Although there is some acting involved as it's supposedly the first time for some of them. When you see a dick not sliding in easily and being forced I would think there is a struggle going on for the girl to relax her muscles. Just my opinion. I don't think any of the top porno girls struggle with double anal. It's only the pros like Sandra and Audrey Hollander that do it anyway. As Tricia remarked it's not the actual act, it's the logistics.
