Non-adult DVD titles are announced months before release, but no such effort is expended by the adult studios. Yet we all know that mastering of DVDs takes a long time, and some directors, like Rinse Dream, would probably be consulted months in advance of the release of any of his titles. Adult DVD Talk at your service. 6409 Posts 11/99 | Posted - Nov 21 1999 : 9:45AM i'm working on a release schedule. it's not easy at all. it's not really that they don't announce what's coming -it's that rarely do they stick to the dates. but something is better than nothing. i assume that the reason release dates aren't announced to the public because the adult studios don't have the marketing dollars or the marketing outlets that mainstream studios do. aside from adult video news i'm not sure that there is another industry rag.
