Anyone heard of this title? It was put out by Clockwork Productions/Hustler video. According to some reviews I've read (AVN), it is a stylistic erotic film that reviewers' said was reminiscent of a David Lynch flick. Apparently Andrew Blake called it "Fucking Brillant." Sounds curious. Anyone know were one could rent or buy this DVD?
I'm guessing that this was JacktheZipper's first movie that he was shopping around Vegas last Jan. Aybesea and I got a look at it from one of the studios who was thinking of picking it up to see what we thought of it. We had the unanimous opinion of "Crap". Highly artistic crap, but still crap. The little I saw would cause me to lose wood if I was halfway through a Skeeter or Pat Myne movie and was shown five seconds of it. If you really think you need to see it, I'd strongly suggest renting it first. I'm sure some people will like it, and if so it's one of those movies I think people will absolutely love and not mind the extra couple bucks you shell out to preview it first. I really don't think there's going to be much of a middle ground on this one. You'll probably love it or not even think it's good enough to use as a coaster.

Look at the Venus and Manuel Ferrara scene, and I think you'll see why quite a few people are giving it rave reviews. It defintiely won't be for everyone, but we're very excited about both Stuntgirls, and also the next few movies Jack will be directing for Hustler.
January 11th???????????? Was there some kind of a limited release of Stungirl already? A local adult chain has at least 4 or 5 copies of Stuntgirl on the shelves of each of their stores. They typically only have one copy of any given titles, so it's almost as if they were given a bunch of copies for free.
Also, since Stuntgirl apparently has some nominations for AVN awards, didn't it have to be released before the end of September in order to qualify
Thanks Bill-let me clarify. Stuntgirl was put out by Clockwork just prior to our agreement, but only to the tune of 200 units. This is why many people have not been able to find it. The copies you are seeing are branded Clockwork rather than Hustler, and we have completely re-done the DVD menus etc. It looks great. We will be the only company releasing Stuntgirl 2, and after that Jack the Zipper is under an exclusive directing agreement with us for at least 4 movies in the upcoming year. His first release under our director agreement is 'Squealer', coming out in late May.
I won't say it's crap, just overall average. I just thought the artsy effects hampered most of the scenes. Jessica Jaymes only does g/g in this movie and I'm not a fan of lesbian sex. Kimberly Kane told me this was her favourite movie and I can see why. Besides, being engaged to the director doesn't hurt either.
They had lots of copies of it at Hustler Hollywood (of course) when I was there the other day. I almost picked it up because it looked interesting, very glad I didn't after reading morbid's review:
"You have no fucking idea what's going on."
"Is there a consistent theme? I dunno. This movie was only an hour long."

Stuntgirl 2 is great and better the first. We shot half of this movie in my home town of Portland, OR. The first scene is Mika Tan and Alec Knight in a shitty motel room somewhere in LA. Much like the award winning scene between Venus and Manuel. Its very hot and dirty with lots of cum play. You should educate yourself on the subject and watch the film. When you see the movie then your opinion is valued by the people who worked hard on the project. Not to sound insulting, but the movie is fantastic and better then the first. The fans who've seen it will mostly agree.
