i know what you mean about delayed reactions to porn stars. I've been a fan of Roxy's for a while now, but recently I've got into quite a few stars who've bee naround for a while, I'd seen plenty of their films before, but never really left an impression, and now all of a sudden I can't get enough of them!
Sandra Romain probably comes to mind the best. I actually got rid of several films containing Sandra over the years only to regeret this recently, now she's one of my favourite stars.
Yes, some get a small (or great) shift in look/energy that makes all the difference. Something those people that are bitter about never being in a relationship can learn.
Believe it or not, I jumped on the Katja Kassin bandwagon mad late. She had been around for more than a year and a half before I finally warmed up to her. The same goes for Lauren Phoenix. I think me looking for girls with big boobs so often unfairly blinded me to the award quality caliber work these two were putting in.
Ha, ha, yes! I'm glad you hit on this, it's a big problem for me. There are so many performers and so many releases that I can't keep up and I often will "discover" a performer when she's practically out of the business! And while I'm scrambling to find movies from, like, two or three years ago, I'm missing whoever's current right now.
Holly Hollywood, Alaura Eden -- those are two I really like but haven't gotten around to seeing most of their work.... And they're both retired, AFAIK.
When ADT goes nuts over a girl, I tend to steer clear of her actually because I feel as though I don't want to be unfairly influenced by some posters' oohing and aahing and goo-ga-ing over certain stars that post here (and it's always a girl that posts here, never one that doesn't...a strange coincidence, I'd say).
That said, I've only seen this girl in two movies, both from Elegant Angel -- Cum Craving Teens 2 and Cum Drenched Tits 4 -- and from what I've seen in these two scenes at least, the hype was somewhat justified. Taryn Thomas is the real deal.
The first time I ever saw Roxy it was in Artcore in a scene with Katsumi. After that I made sure that the video store i I worked in at the time had a Roxy and Katsumi section. I love Roxy, and she is still one of my favorite performers
no delayed reaction for me either. I became a huge fan the first scene I saw!

Roxy is one of my current favorites. I too often have a delayed reaction to porn girls. I didn't notice most of my all time favorites until after I've seen them a few times. It takes a few scenes for me to know a girl is somthing special. Katin is one of my all time favorites and I saw her a bunch of times before I realized she is absolutely volcanic! Roxy is kind of the same thing. She always has that fun, nasty attitude. I'm glad to hear that she will be doing more. Welcome to the U.S. Roxy!!! I hope to see her in more G/G/B scenes. She would be great for an edition of Mike John's Semen Sippers or Jake Malone's Cum Fart Cocktails.
I know exactly how you feel. I first saw Roxy in Red Light's Breakin em' In Vo.5, and she was absolutely stunning. However, I did not pay much attention to her after that. I believe that was around 2003. Now, within the last year or so, she is popping up everywhere, and I am noticing all of her talents, which are absolutely amazing. Check her out in Belladonna's Evil Pink 2. The preview is outstanding, and the title will definately be on my shelf in the comming weeks. Roxy will just continue to become a even better performer as the months pass by, and that is very scary to believe. My favorite film involving Roxy is probably Cream Pie Initiations, which was a Jon Dough production. It depicts her and Dough in one of the best scenes that I have witnessed in recent memory. If you are a big Roxy fan, the scene will probably leave your wrist quite sore.

I always thought Roxy was hot but never saw a lot of her stuff due to some of the movies she was in.
However, I did recently actually watched one of my rentals (been sending them back unwatched as of late) and it happened to be Trash Talking Teens from Elegant Angel. Roxy is a master at tease and talking extremely dirty but making it sound very sexy.
I got acquainted with so much Roxy right here on the web. A clip here, a clip there and with just that, not to mention the curious viewing of her on box covers, I was hooked. My suggestion to anyone seeking a Roxy screen persona, google-or vista-or yahoo her name and view a lot of some great clips. Then seek out her work on video. Cheers
