I hope you get some answers.

There's a vintage scene with Annabelle Chong and Ron Jeremy involving high heels; actually it's the most "fetishy" high heels scene I've seen anywhere. It's on a Ron Jeremy compilation DVD I have, I'm not sure of the original movie from which the scene was taken. Annabelle is on a bed which is covered by many high heel shoes, and she is literally wallowing in the pile of shoes and says how much she loves high heels, etc. Then Ron Jeremy appears, then there is sex, then he cums, and there is something with the shoes and Annabelle after he cums, but I'm fuzzy on the details.
