I think that was just something Private made up, not a pornstar alias she chose herself. IIRC one of the Private shoots that featured her had some 'superheroine comic' as an intro.
Apart from that I only ever saw her in the Expose layouts, and once in an article in a Dutch non-porn gossip/human interest mag that featured an article about the porn industry. It described a porn shoot, and Super Ramba (not identified as such by the author of the article) was one of the performers.
I think it was a shoot for a German movie but that doesn't necessarily tell us anything about her nationality. For example, in one of her private appearances (with a couple of real nerd male performers) the other girl in the shoot appeared in an Ed Powers scene for Pickup Lines and turned out to be Italian (European, not Italian-American).
The photos that illustrated the article were all non-X rated, behind-the-scenes style pics. None of the performers was identified by name. I think the chances of finding out any more significant details are slim.
Perhaps Private thought of her as a sort of female Rambo, but don't ask me why. Thankfully she's a thousand times better looking than the male one and so appeared in lots of magazines plus videos:
