If such a pill actually worked, don't you think at least one major pharmaceutical company would have jumped on the bandwagon and sold it by now?

| Wmn7 Member 138 Posts 3/19 | I've been taking Extenze and it does actually give harder, bigger erections for me. I was wondering if there is even better products! I'm interested in a bigger penis (long term growth or just maximizing size of erections) and shooting bigger loads. I'm assuming pornstars take supplements to help with these things, considering a random product like extenze has helped me. I'm just looking for the best stuff! Any info greatly appreciated, thanks! You hadn't even discussed your changes in general health before and after using, such as weight loss making your junk more prominent. There's no detail on variables that could affect your perceptions that may not live up to reality. Feel free to demonstrate the judgement against Extenze to be absolute crap. I don't see any point wasting time playing along with misinformation about enlargement pills when there's no medical evidence I'm aware of that they work. |

The biggest one is simply how long you go between ejaculations, as your build up sperm/semen over a period of 4-5 days. The longer you wait, the more you'll ejaculate. About 30% of semen is produced by the prostate, so an easy way to increase semen volume is to stimulate the prostate. This will also make your orgasms more intense too, which will also help you ejaculate more. Kegel exercises can help with more intense orgasms as well. If you practice kegels enough you can also learn how to have multiple orgasms, or even orgasm without ejaculating. As for Extenze, it's mostly marketing BS, though it does have some ingredients that can boost libido and sexual health. Zinc, eg, is very important in the production of testosterone. However, most people aren't zinc deficient unless you're a vegan/vegetarian. Stuff like Yojimbe increase blood flow; it's basically a stimulant, and one that's dangerous in high doses. It works, but isn't worth the health risks IMO. Horny goat weed works the same way Viagra does (by inhibiting PDE5), but it's far less potent (Viagra is eighty-times stronger). Most of the ingredients do nothing, like Tribulus. I have experimented with a number of supplements over the years, usually in blind tests where I will take either the supplement or placebo (sugar pills: easy to make) for a month to see if I note a difference. In all the years of doing this, the supplements that made the biggest differences were black maca root and tongkat ali. There have actually been studies (unfortunately, mostly small-ish) for both that suggests they can increase libido and sperm health (count, volume, motility). However, I wouldn't say either made an earth-shattering difference. If you have severe ED, Viagra would likely be much better. However, if you're wanting just an extra nudge I think either or both are worthwhile. TBH, I think black maca root is generally more potent and also generally cheaper, so if you're on a budget, make that a priority. As far as load size, Sunflower lecithin works wonders in conjunction with Vitamin E and zinc. All good for your general health also. Of course along with staying hydrated |
