Are there any hot pornstars whose looks have (in your opinion) that have been affected by either surgery or tattoos? Either adversely or not?
I understand that this is a personal preference and not a denigration of the star in general. For instance Jessie Rogers, I feel was more attractive prior to her surgery (though still a 'hottie boom bottie'). The same with tattoos, Sasha Knox lost some of her 'innocent' and 'girl next door' looks with her tattoos, whereas Nikki Rhodes tattoo has made her look more alluring.
