Sure, there are variations: X amount of People A meet X amount of People B - they fuck - roll credits. But seriously, everyone is making the same movie. IF they were making TRULY original films, they wouldn't be porn. Even with sex scens, they'd still just be "Erotic (insert genre)" Like "Erotic Thrillers" or "Random DVD with 18 new minutes that were too HOT to show in theaters." I don't mean any offense to all you directors out there, but let's face it, 99% of everything in the Porn genre is just fucking with different backgrounds.
