I guess Stephanie Swift has decided to take on role of manager, forming her own company Swift Entertainment. After great demand from performers she decided to step in and make a differnece. This girl never fails to amaze me, she has a straight head on her shoulders. I bet her talents will take her beyond her greatest expectations.

CANOGA PARK, Calif. –– Though Stephanie Swift is best known for her AVN Award-winning performances, the Wicked contract girl has landed the role of manager.

But it's not a role in a film. Swift has begun managing performers after years of being asked by women, when she on the road, how to break into the adult business. She adds, "While I was featuring, I'd meet a talk of girls, and they'd ask if I could take Polaroids of them, and see if I could get them work. Then I heard horror stories about other managers, and I just thought, 'This is horrible, someone has to take care of these girls.'"

Swift currently manages three performers: former Video Team contract girl Lacey Duvall, and newcomers Michelle Michaels and Madison Day, under the banner of her company, Swift Entertainment.

"I don't think [Duvall] has been pushed as far as she should be. She's absolutely drop-dead gorgeous," Swift says. She adds that she had met Michaels during a dance engagement, and describes her as, "the cutest thing, like a happy little cheerleader." Swift also says Day, who was discovered by Swift's boyfriend, has a Marilyn Monroe body, and hadn't been properly represented during her short stint in the business.

Swift's performers have also landed parts in fellow Wicked contract girl Devinn Lane's upcoming video for the company, Devinn Lane's Fobidden Zone. Swift adds that Michaels and Day have also shot with director Jonathan Morgan for Wicked's New Girls in Town.

"I was calling them from the road, and telling them, 'Make sure you have your test and make sure you have your IDs,'" she says. Swift adds that being a female, and her experience as talent makes it easier for women to come into the business under her management.

The former AVN Female Performer of the Year says she has no plans to get out of the business, "I'm having a good time, and I've worked really hard to get to the level I'm at. I didn't know I was going to come this far; I'm very happy to be with Wicked."

But she says for her new role as manager, it's all about taking care of her girls.

"I have to –– someone's gotta do it," she adds with a laugh.
