Nah, it shouldn't affect her. Alexis Adams doesn't do anal or g/g and she gets a lot of bookings. My feeling is this: keep yourself looking good, don't try to fix what aint broken by getting botox or lip injections or tatoos or coloring your hair; give good performances, then you should get as many bookings as you want.
