I've always been really good at spotting fake boobs and Silvia's are definitely unnaturally firm, but there are no other hints of phoniness. When she bends over in doggy, there is no separation. There are no scars. Even the shape is unusual. Not like what a cup or bag would produce. I guess it justs adds to the mystique of what may be the most beautiful woman ever to grace the porn screens.
