I'm a regular listener of "The Howard Stern Show". I know his show provides a great opportunity for Porn Stars who are desperate enough to get recognition if they are willing to do something disgusting or asinine. But just how desperate is Tabitha Staevens? Anyone who listens to Howard's show will know that Tabitha recently agreed to Stern's request that she give anal to the winner of one of Howard's stupid contests. The guy that won the contest was some freakazoid scumbag that normally couldn't get laid in a morgue. And what would Tabitha gain from all this? Just the chance to plug herself and her web sight. But from what I heard on Stern's show today, it sounds like she's sunken to an even lower level. Howard has been trying to arrange a Boxing Match between "Stuttering John" and "Crazy Cabbie", which will probably happen next month. Howard said that he received a call from Tabitha saying that she wants to fight Jenna Jameson on one of the undercards. It's not hard to figure out why Tabitha would want to do this (media whore!), but what the fuck would Jenna have to gain by fighting this OVERRATED SKANK WHORE with the tremendous overbite??!! Jenna is perhaps the most popular Porn Star of all time while Tabitha wishes she had just a fraction Jenna's fame! If Tabitha is so fucking desperate for recognition, perhaps she should seduce a Politician or a Priest and then crow about it to the National Inquirer!!

I actually like Tabitha more after seeing her on the show - she comes across as intelligent, down-to-earth, and honest. When asked the inevitable questions about "Does she actually get off in her scenes?" she gave a very honest answer. She's also unapologetic about not doing interracial.
As dumb as the publicity seems, look at the interest it generated. Jenna Jameson has become the biggest porn star of all time by being a 'media whore;' If not for the spin doctors of media and porn, most people would not of discovered Jenna. If Tabitha Stevens decides to do this, why not? Jenna played off Howard Stern for crazy amounts of publicity. If Howard gives stage to Tabitha, so be it. He also gives forum to retarded people, RollerWhore, the 'oprah winfrey negro woman of the south' guy, and others. I hope Tabitha gets the fight and knocks the hell out of Jenna. Maybe the loser should have to be fucked by Lexington Steele in the ass. Hmmmmmmmmm, I don't think of Tabitha as a "media whore" myself. Yes, the stunt where she'd let her ass be the prize was a bit stupid but perhaps she needs the exposure. P-Knuckle: I don't get a charge out of inter-racial myself. To me, we're all one race (ie: Human race). Jenna has done anal before too IIRC. Jenna made her name partly by being available to various media people, including Stern, but much of it was simply due to excellent promotions by Wicked. If you were to rate various stars on levels/tiers, Jenna would have achieved the top level that all the others aspire to. Tabitha probably never had a chance to reach that high-she can be good sexually but the backing was never there. It'd make no sense for Jenna to fight her.
Asmodeus: I like Lea, Monica, and Jenna H. too but you'd be kidding yourself if you thought that Jenna J.'s name alone didn't sell a lot of movies. Preferences are individual though so your desire for the latest, greatest new model is just one of those things. I don't think any of the three mentioned will ever become half as popular as JJ but that's due to a number of factors. I think I'll start a poll about what constitutes has been though...

The porn market is very much over saturated and a lot of performers are finding the competition to be getting stiff (pun intended). To get their name out there, they will often do almost anything-including putting up with hack radio DJ's like Stern. It's a shame.I prefer her older look too but I still find her attractive.Personally, I think Jenna's popularity derived from a number of sources rather than just Stern appearances. In fact, I think Jenna helped his ratings increase at least as much as he helped her popularity. As a result of her appearances, he booked more porn performers and more porn fans listen or watch his show. (which came first, the chicken of the egg) Why don't these women come up with something more creative? Why do that when the perception is a single media outlet is a quick and easy road to riches? Some women maintain their popularity, however fleeting, by engaging in increasingly bizarre sex acts. They get attention for about as long as they can keep your eyes glued with a newer, grosser sex act. After awhile, the shock value wears thin and they plumet back to obscurity. Others join the strip circuit or have signings at various book/video stores, which also tends to increase their popularity and lengthen their careers. Still others will be on cable TV specials, get bit parts in mainstream shows/movies, or attend industry functions. What would you suggest they do? (You probably have some good ideas...)
