I also agree with the comments that some sites are getting lazy by not having anything to explain why the step-daughter is having sex with the step-dad.

A site to consider is Team Skeet's Daughter Swap. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it may be of interest. In the first few years of the site the scenes did a great job of building tension. The difference between this and what you are asking about is that in the earlier years of the site, as the site name says, the dads swapped their daughters. In the earliest scenes, the sex was shot separately so that the dad didn't even see the other guy fucking his daughter. That changed fairly quickly with the dads swapping but with the sex happening side by side.

Back around 2020 there was another shift that I really liked. The daughters might touch their own dads. I wrote a post about that here:

What is on point for what I think you are asking for is that there was always some tension that built up to this, and that tension makes those scenes hot.

The more recent scenes don't put the same effort in that the older ones do. As with sites like Dad Crush, most of the scenes are somewhat lazy and we don't get that tension. However, even with Daughter Swap getting a bit lazy, there are still probably well over a hundred scenes where the tension builds before the sex.

I read in the Team Skeet thread recently that the network wasn't offering downloads but it sounded like that may have been a temporary issue. If you consider joining Daughter Swap and you want downloads, you may want to see if those are allowed again. (They were an added cost, but the last time I was a member they were still available.)
