if you ask me, surgeries are usually bad. most times, you can totally tell a girl has fake tits and it's really unattractive to me. not many surgeons are so talented that you can't even consider if a girl's tits have implants.. and even in successful surgeries, natural feels better imho. anyway, who cares? her ass is divine :D and she takes it up there, so it's all good lol
