Don't listen to them, there are some people who believe that pornstars should be slaves to their fans rather than being true fans in the first place and supporting you in whatever decisions you male. According to what I've read, it's possible to fix the whole tilted uterus thing via knees to chest position, surgery or a what they call a pessary. I don't know if she has tried the two non surgical options but that could be something to give a shot if she wants to stop worrying about the angles.
