Oral and vaginal scenes generally do not take much in a way of special preparation but anal scenes do. I know the woman is given a high-reaching, cleansing enema to thoroughly empty her out prior to shooting. Are there any other precautions which must be taken before shooting begins? Does she experience any physical aftereffects after shooting an anal scene? As a medically literate fan I'm sure there must be some. If so, how does she deal with them?
