I think she looks pretty decent. She's got natural beauty. The light's bad in this photo, so anybody would have that washed-out 'cuaght in the headlights' look.

She looks just fine. Most women in showbiz and most women in general tend not to look as good without makeup. That picture is just a combination of an unflattering pose/angle and harsh lighting. It's possible that she could've walked two feet over and switched poses and taken a great looking picture. I've seen plenty of pornstars in person who don't look as good in person as they do on film and Tera isn't one of them.
