^ I can't see a problem. Tera was a pornstar who had followers and fans. The original poster posed a question about her looks in a photo shoot. Various posters offered their opinions.
Would you say the same if someone added a comment on Kylie Ireland or Ashlyn Gere's thread?.

^I'm basing my comment on the fact that posters are constantly told not to talk about pornstars as if they weren't here.
I'm also basing my comment on past experience of seeing moderators warn posters about talking about pornstars' looks (weight, face etc.)
Hence my surprise at this thread existing.

^ yeah bumblaster, I've got to agree with you. This thread looks like a legacy from yesteryear. I would vote for locking it, based on the thread title alone, and if someone wants to start positive Tera Patrick thread, that would be great. She was one of the greats in my book.

The thread started in 2004. As well as the thread title. Did you also see the first comment "Or was it a bad photoshoot?". The thread then asked for other posters to decide which it was. Some spoke about too much make up, bad lighting. Some posted photos of Tera taken a few years later to prove that still looked great and it might well have been one bad day. I posted further up the page politely that she looked stunning even today.
I cannot see the harm in commenting on a former pornstar on her looks.
Where do you draw the line regarding asking to close threads on retired pornstars. The day after they retire?, a week?, a month?.
If you don't like what you see on a thread and want it to be locked then don't post in it. Leave the decision to lock to the Mods.
