Hi, we were having trouble working out your business model. Why are you doing this at your own expense? Flying people & porn actresses, security etc in & then paying out on limos, food, paying the actresses for their time etc must be costing you a pretty penny. What are your plans going forward? Are you hoping to get the guys to pay for it all eventually & paying hundreds if not thousands of dollars when they see the reviews from the guys that have done it? Are you planning to shoot porn & release it in the future? It was said by some posters you were making money off the bidding process, I have no idea how those bid sites work personally. With the winning bids for the ladies being so low-from 2 bucks something up to about 20 bucks I think how will you make this work?
A full understanding of the business needs to come from a full understanding of how the penny auction works. If 100 guys all pay $30, they all have a chance at winning the date, which is a tremendous value as you mentioned with flight, hotel, limo, etc., plus the date with a top porn star. If you lose, you're out $30, but you had a shot at winning a once in a lifetime opportunity. It's sort of like buying a scratch n win ticket, except there is skill involved with bidding, not luck. The first auctions had some bugs in the software, and of course the site/concept is new so it will take some time to get some followers. The goal is to reach as many interested people with the offer of a date with their favorite porn star for such a low cost, and develop a loyal following by giving them the best day of their entire life.

Ah ok, that makes more sense. How about also doing something totally separate from this venture, but similar to Porno Dan who does Handjob Winner, FuckAFan etc-done on a porn set with the guys being tested? It would then be a porn thing rather than a date thing which would likely appeal a lot more to many fans & would be legit porn rather than the problem of being accused of the escorting thing.
I thought about it, but about 90% of those guys are amateur porn star wannabes trying to use that as an audition. I tried going the classier route and leaving the sex behind.

The model will not really care about the auction price-she gets paid well by his company just like she would doing a Brazzers, Bangbros scene but without having to perform sex acts, gets flown in, chauffeured around town in a limo, gets a free meal & drink at a fine restaurant & gets to go do stuff around the town without paying for it either-it is a great deal for them as well.

Courtney always seems very horny-she might play footsie under the restaurant table. I think it will struggle to make it for this reason though-while getting a date with a porn actress, free dinner etc is great most guys will really want some kind of sexual interaction at the end of the evening-even if not full sex & having burly bodyguards stuck with you all the time pretty much kills the mood & many people will likely just stop bidding knowing they will probably lose out in the end whether they win or don't. I kind of see the point about some guys seeing it as a porn audition-but most of the mopes you see on Immorallive never make it in porn-no doubt some have hopes & others are just there for a handjob or whatever-but the former are usually put off by the realities of a porn set or their lack of ability to perform & if there are some good ones then you get fresh talent into the business. Of course if you really hit it off with the performer there is nothing to stop you going to where they are on your dime at a later date & seeing what happens.

Like I posted in the other thread, taking the Quibids model for something like this is creative , and I applaud your initiative. Fucking a pornstar escort is what a lot of us like, but there is an appeal to going out for dinner and drinks and social time with someone who looks like a 10/10 like Isis and having that 'celebrity feel" to a date. There are guys out there who would enjoy that kind of thing. I would think it could be a hell of a lot of fun. My only concern about the long term viability of your model is getting repeat business from the non-winners. You may spend quite a bit of money on bids and not win, and that can leave a sour taste in the mouth. If you are going up by pennies, if you can get the price to $100 bucks you definitely make money on the date from what I can gather. But you are right, the winning guys are getting good deals right now and you might take some losses as you get started. I noticed on your website you are looking to offer parties or rewards for guys who bid and don't win. This is an interesting idea to try to keep repeat business. I wish you luck with the concept. It is unique and the hardest part of starting business in porn is to find a niche to differentiate yourself as there is so much out there.
