I know that RLD and Anabolic hate getting lumped together (along with Diabolic), but they do make the best fucking porn in America.

A few reasons I like these companies:

1. Girls look fresh and natural. I hate the stripper look.

2. Cum Swallowing! This is what really put Anabolic on the map, in my opinion.

3. More fuck for your buck. Each single movie has more fucking and sucking crammed (ok I said crammed, haha, how true), into it, than three or four "other" movies put together.

4. Gang Bangs. Anabolic really set the standard here, and just four or five short years ago, they were the only company producing high quality gang bangs, with anal, dp, interracial, and cum eating. Anabolic really should get the credit for dragging the rest of the industry into the porno gutter, and I mean that in a GOOD way )

5. Competition. Finally another company (RLD) is trying to beat Anabolic at their own game, and we porn fans get to reap the benefits ! RLD verses Anabolic, Magic verses Bird, the Lakers verses Sacramento. What a classic battle of the titans. Sacramento will beat the Lakers, if they meet in the playoffs, btw )

Do I have my complaints? A few. I wish both companies would merge some of their titles, and focus on their most popular series. Take Anabolic, for example. Basically, Nasty Nymphos and World Sex Tour offer the same material, and Up Your Ass and Balls deep seem redundant. Diabolic could easily merge GB Auditions and Unnatural Sex, and no one would notice. Fewer titles, released more often, would generate the same money, and make things less confusing, for the porn collector, would it not?

Gonzo is nice, but for me, porn is more then just that. If
everything produced was purely gonzo, I would get tired of
it pretty fast. Diversity keeps the addiction alive for me.

I find it odd, but it seems that lots of the porn addict
that like Gonzo have a big aversion toward
Private/Adamo/Kovi or other "artsy directors".

The contrary seems to be true too, lots of the people that
likes featured movies "A la Vivid, Wicked, Dorcel, Private,
etc... arent at all turned on by gonzo movies.

Few things I dislike in porn are: Vivid movies, Wax
Lardcore (using BIGmike wording heh), Ed powers and
Andrew Blake (I used to watch lots of Andrew Blake in the
early 90's but it all changed when I discovered Evil Angel)

I'm glad todays porn is VERY diversified, that way
it fits with everyones tastes and likes. Anyways, we all
have different opinions toward this subject. I'm just
voicing mine.

I really enjoy the Down the Hatch series from Diabolic, as well as the first few Debauchery's. I haven't seen much of Anabolic to really judge their stuff, just 4 or 5 titles. But I have seen 12 or so Diabolic releases. And though they are essentially the same company, different owners, but share very similar ideas, I prefer Diabolic.

And Red Light District the new kid on the block, really putting more and more effort into their DVDs, building a huge fanbase, really is doing a great job.

I know it isn't easy for Anabolic or Diabolic to get the DVDs out, they have a huge back catalog to go through. They've been in this game for a while, but they've been very capable so far, and all three studios are great. But in my opinion......

Vivid isn't that bad, the Raw line had some good entries.

Glad to see I am not the only one who dislikes Wax, lol.

Ed Powers is pretty good, as long as he stays out of the picture. The Cockless series is pretty good, I enjoyed part 10 a lot.

I can't say anything about Blake, as I haven't seen any of his films.

It's amazing how an Evil Angel can change a persons life, lol. I used to think all porn was reasonably hot until I discovered the Evil Angel, then when I looked back, all porn was no longer reasonably good.

Since my discovery of Evil Angel, I have bought and seen many Red Ligt District, Diabolic, and Anabolic releases. So I guess I could say that Evil Angel is a gateway drug?

But I do still do enjoy Wicked's features, as well as many VCA titles.

Like you guys, I'm all over the map in terms of what I enjoy. Variety is everything, and I can go from heavy hardcore gonzo to classic Paul Thomas Feature in the blink of an eye. I definitely have a tendency to concentrate in certain areas, but that doesn't mean I can't find something to like that's completely different.

Really interested in this Sub-Vision stuff, but unclear on when those DVDs will materialize locally.

My tastes in 300 words or less. Oh, and I have a soft spot for Shane's World, but I don't necessarily get off on watching the tapes. I do like the more natural sexuality she promotes, which offers a nice, re-sensitizing break from the Further (Deeper) (Swallow it Bitch!) Adventures of Brandon Iron and His Superfriends (which happens to get me off big time, so I'm a pervert, I guess. Though I'd be interested in hearing a comparison/contrast on Brandon vs. Max ... why do I find Brandon Ok and Max not?
