Where can I get a vendors pass and a ticket to The AVN Awards for under $400.00 for both? This will be my first time in Vegas and my first adult entertainment convention. What should I expect? Is the booze at the award ceremony free? Is wearing a tuxdo too formal? Would I look weird if I came alone? Are most performers willing to take pictures with fans? Would it be inappropriate to use the occasion to network? Sorry for all the questions and I appreciate any replies. Thanks. [Link] |

Performers take pictures with the fans all week long. As long as you don't hold them back if they seem in a rush to be some place, they're almost always very gracious about taking a quick picture or two. I don't know what you do regarding the business. If it's a store, then it's completely appropriate to network at the convention, but NOT the awards show. If you're looking to shop around a movie you shot, or try to become a performer, the convention would be the place to do it, but be aware that the people at the booths get fairly overwhelmed with people shopping around product.
