FWIW, Vanessa explained in a BTS (I don't recall which movie) that the reason her tits look so good is that she went to a reconstructive surgeon to get them done. I realize that plastic surgeons are all supposed to be reconstructive surgeons but I suspect the tit-shop guys graduated in the lower half of their classes.
