I read a couple of redhead threads for leads but I'm not looking for redheads so much as brunette, pale skin, preferably with freckles and light eyes. Points for petite, young, feminine, all-natural (with exceptions for perfect boob jobs) and tattoo/piercing-free. Oh, and recent performers, say, 2005 or later (and veg-only is fine).
Other than the brunette (or darker) hair and light skin, it's mostly it's about the features, so the vast majority of the Hungarian type you see so much of in porn don't qualify.
I don't expect much because I've always kept an eye out, and I've run a few searches, but just in case there's some obscure or new performer I haven't seen...

Examples of what I mean are Jenni Lee, Scarlett Faye, Jessica Fiorentino (not super-Celtic and not light-eyed but very cute freckle-face gal and in the ballpark), Kyra Tyelar (again not a 4 point match but in the ballpark), Tina Gabriel (kinda pulls it off though she's seems to have a good bit of SE European ancestry), India Summer (an okay MILF example of the type), Dani Jensen, Megan Murray, Shayne Ryder, Jezebelle Bond (kinda-sorta), Michelle Wild, Gloria Gucci, Lucie Horinkova (blond but has the "Celtic" look down pat). In the threads above I found Brianna Lee and Claudia Jamsson and maybe Krystal deBoor fit pretty well too. (Note, when I say "ballpark," "kinda-sorta," "okay," I mean in terms of matching the category - Kyra Tyelar, Tina Gabriel, and India Summer are all totally smoking hot, especially India Summer, yum!)
