I recently watched 'The Collectors' from Tommy Kay Productions and want to give you a quick look at it since it will take some more days for me to write a complete review. I read some good stuff about Tommy and his films and was quite excited to take a peek and see whether his stuff is my type of thing. 'The collectors' is what Tommy Kaye calls a featuresque looking vignette movie. Basically you can say that you get a plot which gives a theme to all the scenes but there is no real acting or dialogues between the actors. The flick was shot in a real good looking mansion in Budapest. The female cast is: Lisa Rose, Linda Slim, Kyra Banks, Evelyne Foxy, Vanessa Moore and Sandra Parker, I haven't seen any movies with them so far so another reason to hit the play button. I really liked the small plot that tied everything together, it gave the whole movie a special feeling. Every scene has a short opening sequence for the plot and then the actors do what they do best. The opening scene with Lisa Rose was awesome. The room had some decent furniture, she wore nice lingerie and the sex was solid and well shot. Luckily no 3-pumps-and-a-gape stuff but real good hardcore sex. He had my attention from there on and the flick didn't disappoint me with the other scenes either. There is a nice mixture between outdoor and indoor scenes and although they were all pretty damn good the indoor action gets some bonus points for the awesome rooms. As mentioned before everything was well shot and lit and I couldn't find any artefacts or sound issues. The music was quite original too and it was a nice addition to the action but was low enough to ignore it. I watched a whole lot of movies lately and this one was one of the real good ones. I'm definitely going to watch it again and I think that couples can give it a try too. Tommy Kay Productions will be on my list for the future and i hope they continue to release good flicks. thanks for reading, malte

yea its real obvious this guy has been around. Me and my wife thought the collectors was excellent. The movie was really smooth and tight. some of best camera and lighting we've seen recently. There isn't a bad camera shot in the whole movie and the cast is really hot, although I've never seen most of these girls. I thought they might be euro girls. definitely agree with malte. good job Tommy Kaye.

malte- yea my wife knows her porn. she really liked this movie. she's not really into straight gonzo or pov dvds. I mean she loves hot sex but she wants a little more to the movie in the way of storyline. this flick was cool for both of us. hey tommy.. is this the genre what we can expect more of?
Yes, I love to do story lines. Nothing heavy, I don't want the story lines to burden the sex itself or get in the way. I always try to serve up a light and fun atmosphere with the lead ins. The sex is certainly the main course, of course. I think I have some really fun projects planned for the next year or so. I thank you and your wife for the support! I have finished watching all four of Tommy Kaye's dvds and I must say that I was overall very impressed by the films. Although I am new to the whole EuroBabe porn, I now see why it is quickly becoming more popular. After watching Tommy's films, I have come to the conclusion that he is a very talented and down to earth director who cares very much about how the final product ends up. I have been watching porn since I was 18 and over the past 6 years, I have seen a lot of porn. I think that Tommy's dvd's are some of the best porn dvd's I have watched over the years. Tommy has an important quality that most other directors fail to have. After watching scenes from "The Collectors" and "The Metrosexual", I have found that Tommy has great "Focus", Tommy makes sure that all of the camera angles are just right. Most of the other directors have a hard time with this, but Tommy shoots the camera so that you really get a feel for the action and sexual heat that is going on from the sex. Tommy also has a knack for picking the hottest girls for his scenes. I really liked "Dark Desires" and I consider that my most favorite. For a new startup company, all of the dvds and packaging are top notch and I think that the boxcovers really sell the movie. Although there really is no spoken lines between the performers, you get a good sense of what is going on. Although there were a couple of dubbing issues in "Country Fresh" and "The Metrosexual" where the moaning and groaning did not match the performers lips, All of the audio was clear and very well equalized. All of the scenes were very well shot with great use of lighting and decor. After finding out about the budgets for the films, I can say that he did a very good job of making the films look like they had a much higher budget. I can't wait till Tommy starts to shoot some films over here in the US. Overall I must say that this is a company that I will continue to keep my eye on. EMS providers for ALT Porn!!!!

I can't give all my secrets away LOL! Seriously we have a few very big projects on the drawing board. One project will take the feature/vignette hybrid to a higher level creatively and sexually than I have attempted before. Hey Tommy it was great meeting you at vegas! your a cool dude and down to earth. me and my wife thank you for the lunch:) we really liked how you had your little booth decorated like a little movie theatre kinda deal. it was probably the nicest booth there. hope everything works out for ya bro.
