Enough with the anti-cosmetic surgery dialogue!
I have yet to meet a man or woman who has refused to touch, lick, suck, kiss or cum all over my rather fabulous breasts. They might not be "real" but they are most certainly really tasty, really fun and really exciting.
A woman's beauty and sex appeal should go beyond ridiculous, yet apparently inevitable, questions regarding the authenticity of her assets.
The work of a gifted plastic surgeon often surpasses the beauty of a God-given original. Please do not make the mistake of discouraging others away from the cosmetic surgeon's office due to errors of less talented doctors.
Instead of steering young women away from cosmetic procedures, we should simply remind them that such a decision should be made to fulfill their own desires and/or expectations rather than the wishes of boyfriends, agents or fans.

I think you'll find that 99% of the time when this comes up on these boards (at least once a week it seems), a lot of the responders mention that the actress involved in the discussion should do what will make her happiest. This comment usually follows the posters declaration that they shouldn't get implants. Like it or not, many people don't much like fake breasts. Many others do. Is anyone wrong? No, they are all entitled to their opinions and that is what this board is for, the expression and discussion of ideas and opinions. I can understand why it bothers you, particularly since you are "enhanced," but there is nothing wrong with free expression of opinion. In many cases, the ladies seem to be mentioning it to gauge fan reaction. You are right, though, about coming face to face with implants in real life. There is no reason to shun someone for having them. They are more that one facet of themselves and if the total package (mind, personality et al) is dynamite, then a rejection based on such a minor, cosmetic thing is ridiculous. I say all of this with the revelation that I too prefer real breasts. 95% of the time I don't like the look of implants. They can be done very well and some even look natural. All of that said, if I met a wonderful woman with implants, despite preferences, I would be happy to spend time in her company. Anyway, that is just my 2 cents.

but then again I will surreptitiously try to convince her to remove her implants later. I can live with tatoos,a nose job etc but this is one thing I cannot stand.
Ironically breast implants sometimes look good with clothes on but never without. Idealy, porn stars should be the last group to consider it.

Well...for me, they are a major turn off. But not as bad as those rediculous french tips that so many girls like.
I'm just basically repulsed by fake tits and long fingernails and/or those damn white out...er....french tips. I can't tell you why. I just know that's how it is for me.

Fake or real isn't important to me. As long as I like the girl. I mean almost all my favorite pormstars have a boobjob like Trina Michaels, Barbie Cummings, Bridgette Kerkove, Venus and Velicity Von for example.

I am of totally the opposite opinion. Real boobs can be nice but they have a VERY short shelf life. Usually they last from when the chick is in her late teens to late 20s, after that they get all saggy & start to whither, very sad.
Also a lot of girls just are not naturally endowed w between a C to a DD, my favorite sizes
I am a Boob man so i want them big, juicy, & perky always, a rare combination in nature.
I hate it when you are lying next to a woman and her boob falls into her armpit or when they stand you dont want them drooping down to her waist
Give me fake boobs all the time :)
