is it just me or porn isent what it used to be anymore a few years ago...i guess we can thank the internet for killing off dvd sales and also i notice there isent as much anal scenes as there were years ago as i can rememeber from 2003-2006 there were tons of performers doing anal almost in every movie now its very rare and usually girls dont start out doing anal. Now porn is full of parodies which is good and bad...the good being that people still actually buy this or watch me not being 1 of them and the bad is that there running out of ideas and the ideas are getting stale and old...does anyone remember hardcore porn? i feel as if were going back in time instead of foward sometimes does anyone agree with me on this?

I suspect the thing with there not being as much anal has absolutely nothing to do with sales. Sales haven't been that great for a while if the rumors are true. That never affected the amount of anal in porn before. I suspect it has more to do with the "healthcare" bill they passed not long back.

I guess if better = more anal for you, yeah. I don't obsess about anal as the end-all and be-all of porn so I'd have to disagree with you, I think the gonzo being produced these days is light years ahead of the gonzo from 5 years or longer ago.
Regarding there being 'less anal.' I don't know if this is literally true, or if it is just that not every single video now has to have anal (thank god). If true, I would guess it may have to do with directors and producers realizing that it is better to have the female performers reasonably comfortable and/or enjoying themselves in a scene rather than faking it through a mediocre anal scene for the raincoaters.
Similarly, with the decline in sales perhaps they figure that by going 'less extreme' they can reach a wider (paying) audience for porn instead of the raincoaters, who are probably the ones most responsible for the torrenting and tubing of porn.

im not saying its because of anal its mostly because of the internet but i just noticed that anal scenes arent done as often as they did because i been watching porn for years and now it seems to me its just mostly lots of parodies is what there concentrating on. I did start to think there funny and interesting in the beggining but then they just wore them out and try and milk them as much as they can and yes there are alot of buyers of this i just dont see why anymore. For me personally i rather them spend less money on gonzo porn then spend so much on parodies is just a waste because if i wanna watch seinfield or golden girls i will put on cable tv it just doesnt belong in porn and when i seen golden girls porn advertised i just thought it was ridiculous but i guess this is where porn has moved to and i think its rather sad as a long time buyer and watcher.

I'm with venom on this one. As a long time consumer of anal themed porn, I have been disappointed with the evolution of it. For me, porn takes on an entirely different angle from most, due to my belief that it is run by the gay mafia. People will laugh at this statement and put the usual sarcastic pictures up, but I just call it like I see it. They have taken the porn "art form" in the absolute opposite direction from where I have wanted to see it go. Instead of depictions of beautiful female anatomy being the focus, it is highly geared toward anything but. Even when a director is given the green light to deliver hot gaping anal with a competent dude, it is captured by the tunnel-vision enthusiast who compulsively tilts the camera on a 45 degree angle or films it from the ground looking up. The alternatives are glam bullshit, toe sucking goofballs, uncircumcised putz penises, incest oriented, cock and cum loving, poorly lit productions. Not to mention the endless onslaught of parodies put out by directors who long to be artistic directors, but have no artistic vision.
I'm pursuing more web-cam sluts willing to perform with their male partners because this pattern is guaranteed to keep "moving forward".
