It's a miracle! The Fist is now on DVD distributed through Dutch company Night Trips/Shiva. I wonder if this means it's for Europe only and Elegant Angel won't release an (original) version for the US because they don't want to get in trouble with the law?

it would be nice. I've heard a lot of good things about this film, but the reviews are also pretty brutal with the fact that you don't see as much as you'd like.

I'm checking on that... I saw it in Scala's weekly update and sent out a note right away.

I saw the video and it is tapes a bit like a documentary. Hence it is boring in spots.

Well when this movie was released many years ago it was a hot item because there was hardly any fisting action in US movies, that's changed so I guess it doesn't have the same thrill.

For me it's still kind of special because of Chloe en Keisha in it.

This was an over priced ripoff when it came out on VHS. I remember reading that the director used some pretty crappy camera angles on this one. There were tons of times when the fisting was not clearly seen. Imagine paying $50 plus for that crap.

Well, I have to admit the camera angles were pretty crappy which was suprising knowing Collins worked with Stagliano for many years and he should have learned from the master.
