Most of the male performers who aren't fat tubs of lard have a bulge or ridge of abdominal muscle below the belly button. It's kinda ugly, so I don't see gym rats trying to achieve that effect. It's functional muscle that indicates a long history of sexual experience, until gym rats catch on and start trying to look like pornstars.
