Hey Ultra, I just saw your post. It wasn't really the editing as far as the cuts between shots, but the overall color on the movie. Gone are the normally natural fleshtones. The lighting seems terrible: either too dark or areas are washed out. Looks like it is a one time thing as movies after this one are great.
I haven't looked for it, but I think our own Cumwhipper had a thread (or a mention in his review thread) about it. At that time, a star from the movie wrote that this "look" was given to the movie in post production. Actually the back cover shots look appealing - I guess a re-release with the normal Darkko look would be nice but I'm sure everyone has moved on - including me. Really!
