Then comes August. It's the only time of year it's humid. Yuck.
September is the hottest month, but the sun is now lower in the sky so shade can be found and the nights are warm so it's a good time to be here.
October is a pleasant month. Still warm by day, still lots of sun, plenty of daylight, and this has to be one of the best weather found anywhere on Planet Earth.
Come the winter months, Nov. Dec. Jan. and even Feb. many days you can wear shorts in the daytime. Sure it's chilly at night, but it doesn't snow, it rarely ever approaching freezing temperatures, and if you love the snow, it's an hour away in the local mountains. Where else can you ski in the morning and then suntan at the beach in the afternoon?
Then comes the lovely spring and the flowers appear, it rains just enough to be nice, and it's great to be here,
Then, May rolls around again and here comes the June Gloom again.
S. Calif is great 9 months out of the year. Particularly in the winter months.
Summer is a good time to be somewhere else. I think the Czech Republic is nice in the summertime.
Monica should come back for October and enjoy everything that's pleasant about being here.
