I've seen hundreds of threads with people asking but never do we get a real answer.
Why is it that when you talk to a doctor about this he will in 99% of the time strogly advise against it, and then you see it in almost every movie?!
We often see girls in movies using only water enemas and are ready to go. Many of them only uses these small bulbs and some uses a shower hose which will clean out much more. But how is this enough to remove all the bacterias?
Do the girls take pills? shots? Why is this not known? I know people who have tried it from watching porn (never got sick tho) and I think it's irresponsible of the producers if they make people do something dangerous. Yes I know there are warnings but duh, it's not like porn is edited, it's real.
Why can't any pornstars come forward and tell how it is?

Considering the fact that your gut needs bacteria to break down what you eat, any general attempt to kill it would not be a good idea, so I'm not sure what shots or pills you're thinking of.
Obviously, the mouth has some defense against foreign bacteria, since some get in there every day in the normal course of events. However, no doctor is going to encourage you to increase your odds of getting a disease.
The real problem is swallowing anything that contains e-coli - you know, food poisoning. Well, open sores in the mouth wouldn't be good, either, but hopefully performers are already aware of that.
BTW, doctors would probably advise against doing anal sex in the first place, since the colon is not adapted to having a cock shoved into it. That doesn't mean that you can't do it, it just means that there's risk involved.

How do you avoid swallowing e-coli if it's in your mouth?

Well, hopefully douching will prevent you getting any e-coli to begin with.
Not being of the homosexual persuasion, I don't have first hand experience, but I would imagine that a bottle of liquor would come in handy, since bacteria and alcohol don't get along.

I think the answer is simple. The people who are above the people who run the porn industry could give a rat's ass about the female population. Women are seen as expendable animals (service animals) which are utilized for pay to condition the public to treat them as such. We are like their cattle.
Porn used to be sexy at first. Now it is mostly sick and degrading inflammatory and incestuous conditioning perpetrated by weird looking men throwing out strong homosexual vibes.

Foreign bacteria is just the start...
ATM isn't really safe under any circumstances, unless you carry around a microscope and a "Petri Dish". The rectum contains bacteria, viruses and parasites... Go to work and lick your bosses asshole everyday and than get back to me how long you stay at that job... Porn fans try to justify everything, and are in complete and utter denial about anything that might put a crimp in their addiction... Now that's the reality of it. As long as "I" don't have to suck the shit off someones cock.. than it's just dandy with me...

I've never understood the appeal in seeing one person sucking on anything that was previously in an asshole. Whether it's a finger, toy or penis. The fact is that you can never be sure that you aren't going to get into contact with bacteria. It's not from yesterday either because I still remember a scene from the 80's where Arcadia lake does ATM on a cock that was previously Vanessa Del Rio`s ass. Those were rare but today are very common.
I wouldn`t shed a tear if ATM`s disaperared tomorrow. I like to see kissing in a scene and frankly the thought of seeing someone kiss a person who`s just tasted shit is rather repulsive.

Some scientists are postulating that kissing has helped our species adapt to illness; a way to spread germs to build immunity. So maybe kinky anal play will lead to the next stage in our evolution. Bless you perverts!
For the record, a2m doesn't really turn me on, but I dig analingus and good ol' anal sex.
I don't believe a healthy gut flora includes virii or parasites.

We're all exposed to bacteria all the time. Many/most in the gut are what are known as commensals - they just live there, causing no disease, but helping to digest food. Bacteria that cause disease are known as pathogens. A bug that is a commensal in one organ may be a pathogen in another. e.g. Everyone's gut is full of E. Coli where they are (mostly) commensal, but in the urinary tract they are pathogenic, causing cystitis, nephritis etc.
Common gut commensals very rarely cause illness when taken in at the top end, eg ATM or any other source of faecal contamination including any sloppy adherence to hygiene standards at home or in restaurant, baby-changing accidents etc. Saliva has antibacterial properties, and not much survives stomach acid or digestive enzymes.
The risk from ingesting faeces is multi-factorial - which bacteria are present, whether they are commensal or pathogenic, if pathogenic how virulent in the particular circumstances, any risk factors specific to the receiver etc.
The volume of faecal material is also relevant, hence enemas etc, but you wouldn't need much of something nasty.
Hepatitis (which is viral) can be contracted by this route.
In summary - rarely a problem but can be very nasty.
