Oddly, this movie has disappeared from everywhere, including the official site, except HotMovies. The movie is a part one, with a to be continued ending, of an unknown amount of movies that I have a feeling aren't coming out. I have a inquiry out to their PR listing but don't have much faith of hearing back.

I don't know if it is anything different yet. I bought a copy from HotMovies while it still is there (not knowing it was a to be continued movie) but it will be a little before I can screen it. I'm trying to clean up the partially written reviews I have laying around here before screening anymore -- even though most won't be read that much since they are for "the other side."

Could the disappearance be due to a copyright infringement of the title?
If you goggle "The Marine", a mainstream movie with John Cena shows up. The Marine movie series has already 5 iterations to its credit and they all star WWE Superstars, beginning with the aforementioned John Cena.
