I have personally asked for a few things (Madelyn Monroe before she did any IR for example) and saw Dogfart take notice. Other people have requested stuff like phone calls to be included in scenes and I've noticed that in e.g. Rilynn Rae's Gloryhole. I understand that we don't all share the same taste and therefore Dogfart can never win, but I have to give credit where it's due and say Dogfart appear to try their best to meet our demands.
