Some videos require an additional process to prove you are the rightful owner of the account. It is a process similar to applying for a PayPal account. [Link]

I had the same suspicions but someone cleared it up for me. You put the video's you want on the cloud, and from there you download them onto your HD. Like Jeezus said, real tedious sign up process, but once you're finally in, youre good. worth it. [Link]
