I don't know how much the agency had to do with it, but I think she made some comments somewhere (twitter probably) to the effect that it no longer made sense to shoot scenes, since she had at that point relocated to Las Vegas and would have to travel to LA to shoot, which costs money. Between the expense of traveling and the fairly minor amount of money to be made, it just wasn't worth it. But in Vegas she can make a fair amount doing...stuff.

Might be a new release, but is definitely shot years ago. Besides the fact that she often posts that we will never see her again shooting scenes, she is already blond for over 3 years or so.

Too bad she didn't get the credits she deserved and that she didn't get treated well by the industry (according to some of the post career interviews she gave). My favourite performer of the last decade. But we won't see her back anymore.
