Her role as the doctor in Joey Silvera's movies has become such a prevalent feature and, lets be honest, she steals every scene she is in. I think she is so multi-talented and has so much to offer a movie by virtue of the her being as extreme as she is stunning and instantly loveable that each scene could be completely different to the every other but yet still be completely original in of themselves. There's so much that Sarah can and is willing to do, more than a huge majority of girls in the industry, that any director given the job would feel like a kid in a sweet shop with regards to how much choice he has and how far out he could go. I was thinking the best way this could be done would be in the role of Dr Shevon and for the theme of the movie to be a video collection of her strangest and most extreme cases, something like "The Curious Cases of Dr Shevon" or "Dr Shevon's Believe It Or Not!" and in each scene you would see Sarah do something bizarre or extreme that you would rarely see anywhere else. A few ideas I had off the top of my head would be a rosebud tribbing scene with Roxy Raye; a cream enema scene with Ashley Fires and some exchanges of squeezing out long toys from one ass into the gaping other; a gangbang scene such as the one Sarah has been considering on Twitter recently, with an anal creampie overload finish of like four to five guys shooting into her ass and then she forces it out with her rosebud into a bowl and proceeds to drink up every drop.
