To lead off this post, let me make a general observation: The problem with many teens in porn is that they don't know how to fuck or suck, or even how to get fucked. But, by and large, the 18- and 19-year-olds who populate porn don't haven't learned yet what it takes to be a great lay or to put on a good scene, relying on a viewing audience always eager for new talent and the fact that they're young, reasonably attractive, and willing to do almost anything with half of the California prison system's parolee population.
But being pretty and just spreading your legs or just wrapping your lips around a dick isn't good enough to attract this porn viewer's continued attention. And I suppose that's one reason so many newcummers depart after just a few months: They don't have what it takes to maintain viewers' interest. And I suppose that producers don't know whether a girl is hot or not until they've filmed the scene, by which time they figure they might as well put it out and get a little return on their investment.
Bottom line: Teens don't attract me; teens that know how to put on a good scene (or who can be directed to do so) do.

I think its more a question of nastiness. There is no substitute for experience. I love the enthusiasm of most young girls who get into porn. Watching some of these girls mature into sex goddesses is amazing. Others disappear, never to be heard from again, others come back realizing that this is better than any other job they could find and often have a renewed interest and become some of the hottest and nastiest performers out there.
