Since it was a true private movie I believe Paris Hilton in One Night in Paris

And Severina Vuckovic either but that wasn't a commercial scene but a private scene made available for free in some Croatian site for a couple of days then Severina herself begged the owners to show respect for her and retire the movie because she believed it was stolen and they did , right now it's unavailable .I was alerted by a croatian friend of mine and had the possibility to download and see it in time almost two years ago.
