In stripping, bigger busts mean a bigger payday.
If porn doesn't pay that great, and if more stars make a living stripping than porn, do they mostly get their breasts done for better stripping opportunities?

Perhaps but that's a bit like cutting your nose off with scissors and sewing it back on upside down in order to make more money for the next 2-3 years.

Wouldn't most people be able to have longer careers stripping than in porn? In which case it's a sound investment... I"m not for fake boobs or anything fake really, but I"m just wondering if this is the real world explanation.
