Because blacks historically didn't have any representation for their political, educational, and other areas of interests to be properly represented in a majority White country. And if you were aware of the history of blacks in this country you would know that. And understand that if whites were to become an oppressed minority the aforementioned groups for them would naturally arise and flourish because they would be needed. You can as well say that there's no difference between Americans and Germnans, Nigerians or Japanese because we're all people after all. But in reality there's definitely a difference. Social groups are formed in order to pronounce the difference between "us" and "them". When your ancestors brought Africans in chains to America there was no such thing as African American identity. Those slaves spoke different languages, came from different cultures that varied from primitive nomadic tribes to relative developed kingdoms. Sometimes they despited other slaves from different tribe more then they hated their white masters. And even after the abolition of slavery the black people had been second class citizens till 1960s and in some aspects even now they aren't equal to whites. The only way for them to survive in the white world was to form their own African American identity, or in other words to "stick to their own kind". If you're asking them to give up their "blackness" you're in just naive. They can't just say "I've been wrong for all my life" and become white. And white people will never accept them as a part of "our group". In some other society where race would have never been an issue it could probably be possible but in America sex between white person and black person will always be "interracial sex". What I think is wrong with "interracial sex" is that is does not portrait just sex between let's say a white girl and a black dude but often between spoiled arian blond daddy's princess and a blackzilla:). The "big" issue is stupid because the girls are already working with large white guys and only the biggest black guys are that much bigger. And like you said the not finding black guys attractive is a racist excuse, expecially concidering how many white guys these girls have worked with that they probably wouldn't concider attractive.
