Are these girls found on escort sites or desperate aspiring models told there's more money in porn? As a director, would you use social media to recruit a girl if you felt she was absolutely perfect and sure to increase the revenue and popularity of the company. Also, does the public approaching actually work and if so, do you use the word porn star or some sort of euphemism to avoid scaring potential talent away? and is their a particular setting that seems to get the best results? Must feel pretty damn godly to see a girl go from originally not being sure to saying yes after hearing how much you're willing to offer.
