Fortunately for him, the statute of limitations is six to seven years in most states, so his admitted offenses have passed the prosecutable time limit if he did it in most areas (here, anyway -- Michigan having a six year SOL). However, some states have a 15 year statute of limitations (Kentucky being one IIRC), so if he lives in one of those states he may be in big trouble!
