look I'm going to be frank I'm posting more as an outsider looking to get an insight into a world i don't really know
a friend of a friend was talking one night about how her love for double penetration and pegging guys and how most guys love getting pegged, i simply stated that i don't, to which she said you don't know it till you try it and then continued to say id probably love to hook up with a transgender person or try fucking a dude. i restated my opinion and added I've thought about it but the thought of kissing a dude doesn't do anything for me sexually at all. she was like porn has changed all that most porn these days would have been considered pretty extreme in the eighties but nowadays gang bangs and trans porn is basically mainstream.

ill be honest i watched a bit of porn in high school but so does every average hormonal and curious teenager, i personally just never found it that appealing but each to their own. i have noticed as a 30 year old having a few friends that are around 6 years younger than me as well as a few one night stands that the money shot is almost a given (another thing that i have never found appealing, but each to their own). there has been a rapid rise of a generation that got most of their sexual knowledge from porn and i feel like it has shaped perceptions, but thats a topic for another day. (i had to do a whole essay on it in a psych class once).

my thought has this growth to increasingly attention grabbing styles of porn become because of a desensitisation to regular porn. so the observer needs to continually "up the game" to be satisfied. don't get me wrong there is probably a good portion of the trans porn thing due to the acceptance of trans people in the real world. but i can't help but beg the question that is porn having to push boundaries just to entice people back and at to what end. pornstars have an easy yet demanding job but as internet sharing and piracy means you can watch the latest porn on pornhub or download it from pirate bay meaning the revenue stream is drying up for the actors forcing them to make bolder choices just to continue that income source.

If you're implying that transgender porn has become "basically mainstream" because pushing the boundaries in the industry and wider distribution of transgender porn has "turned" people who've become desensitized to Playboy, that sounds utterly absurd. I'd put money on there being more transgender porn as the effect of people being more open about their sexuality, not the cause porn desensitizing them.

maybe not transgender porn itself but porn as a whole i feel is just reaching a kind of weird point. i mean i found this site because i typed in porn forums into google and it was the first result, and the first page of threads is blowbang, ass licking, double vaginal, cum sharing, gaping youngest looking porn stars (this category seems kind of problematic) and golden showers just to name a few. i mean if you watch this stuff as a sort of sexual release/dopamine hit regularly you will eventually get bored of it and want to chase harder and harder stuff. the ease of which you can watch this stuff for free would result in businesses upping thier game to entice customers i.e revenue

Simply not true the biggest sites in porn are just one on one without even anal scenes , many regulars here don't like anals and especially don't like multiple men in the same scene.
There are of course those who like more extreme acts but they're still a minority

^ Yeah, I agree with AngryPirate and LCF. Trans porn isn't mainstream at all, nor does having the content available, makes a niche mainstream.

Speaking as an industry worker, the declining cost of production and the internet as an easy distribution medium, has allowed more people to produce and distribute the content they want, and for the fans to find it. Imagine a porn production in the 90s. Let's say you wanted to make a tranny porn. Even with camcorders, you needed to duplicate them onto VHS for distribution, then find places willing to sell it/rent it in high-enough quantities to justify putting it in stores. The 20 fans of tranny porn might never see it in their local adult store. Compare to now where you can put a tranny video online without requiring a minimum order, and reach those same 20 fans in that local area who can go online and find it whenever they want, as well as other fans from around the world.

From an industry perspective, you also see more "extreme" stuff because it sells. When you have a million vanilla videos pirated on tubes, the extreme stuff is more unique so it stands out, and has a better chance of recouping costs.

^^^ That's rather specious logic. Seeing the first page with lots of topics pertaining to the topics you mentioned proves nothing other than the fact that it's being discussed. It doesn't demonstrate that a majority of porn viewers have become desensitized and need to watch harder stuff to get their rocks off. To pass off what could be a vocal minority as the majority view can be naive at best. It only "backs up" your narrative because you're looking for something to "prove" your assertion even if it fails to show the prevailing viewing habits and preferences of the whole porn audience.

In more than 15 years of watching hardcore porn, it has not been the case that I've wanted or needed certain circus acts to feature in my porn to remain engaged. I'm more focused on the women than the sexual acts they perform. The fact that "harder and harder stuff" is available to watch without paying albeit illegally absolutely does not entice me at all. I don't care for blowbangs as I like to focus on the woman's body more. More often than not, I'm delighted to see a woman I find physically attractive only doing "vanilla" content and even if I've seen her do it for a couple of years, I haven't felt that watching four guys piss in her mouth and seeing her go rusty trombone on them for good measure will fill a void.

I doubt I'm an "exception to the rule" or some special case. All you've done is put forward "evidence" that confirms your bias for a certain outcome instead of airtight proof that people's tastes will inevitably escalate.

well obviously this is a select group here and im not canvassing the general public, but when the majority of discussion in a forum is centering around certain subject rather than others i. vanilla vs "extreme" you would say the numbers speak for themselves.

https://jezebel.com/heres-the-dangerous-and-grotesque-anal-sex-trend-you-ve-1593038946

Mike South, a blogger who is referred to by Vice as the king of porn gossip, believes that turning towards extremism is not the way the industry needs to go, that by doing so it loses touch with the core values of pornography:

"At first it was relatively benign-gang bangs, anal, that kind of thing," he recalls. "Then it was dressing girls up like preteens and picking them up on swing sets in schoolyards, forced oral until they threw up, forced anal. The more uncomfortable the girl looked, the more the industry would give it awards.

"Companies in porn are like blackbirds on a phone wire," he continues. "When one takes off they all follow. I think, in this case, they all followed into the side of a glass building."

^The "analhive" is my favorite (although I do ironically feel as though they've become a bit less vocal in recent times, to their credit). I've never seen a virtual angry mob so zealous that they seem to feel justified in chasing a woman out of the industry because "good riddance, wasn't going to do all anal all the time anyway..." smh

What numbers? A loudy minority , those howl to the moon because they don't get what they want or don't get enough of it, this is actually proof that the reality is the opposite.
Those satisfied with what they get keep silent, there's no need to ask , everything comes by itslef the way they want it

Discussion isn't proof of extreme porn becoming the dominant genre as LCF alluded to. It's just something you try to affirm your confirmation bias. As LCF implied, when something is easy to find like a mainstream vanilla genre, which caters to a majority or at least a very large number of porn fans, the likelihood is the website is well known or the physical media is easy to find and purchase so prolonged discussion isn't necessary. There is plenty of solo/softcore porn I like and because I have steady subscriptions I'm contented with, I feel little compulsion to discuss it here (apart from responding to the odd FTV announcement) or ask for more examples of such porn or where I can find it.

I fail to see the significance of that Jezebel link you shared? Are you seriously implying that demand for rosebudding is inevitable? I've been watching anal sex in porn for a pretty long time and I never thought seeing a rosebud would spice things up or increase somebody's appeal. A trend is not 100% indicative of a majority taking part in doing something, nor does it indicates a permanent or long-term market shift, it only indicates a rapid rise in popularity of something and it can die off quickly.

It's interesting how you made an opening gambit with this pretence of seeking insight into something you don't know yet you insist that you know what's going on based on "evidence" that affirms your narrative.

I'm always surprised when people use porn as an example when it's so much easier to use mainstream entertainment to do a far better job. I mean Hollywood finds something that works and will abuse until they have saturated the market and sales have plunged below what makes the investment worthwhile. I mean pre-2008's Iron Man. You had the odd superhero movie every few years or but the MCU(Marvel Cinematic Universe) has created this powerhouse that doesn't seem to be stopping and now you basically get 2 new superhero movies every year and they are all connected making it almost mandatory to what all of them to follow the theme. Same thing for TV. same thing for music. Why should porn somehow be immune to formulaic crap?

P.S: I consider a DP can to be extreme penetration but can we all agree that anal is not extreme porn. It is if it's anal fisting, double anal or triple anal but your run of the mill anal penetation video is not extreme pron even if the male talent is Dredd.

^ "I" don't agree that anal isn't extreme (I would acquiesce that it's possibly the most grey act on the spectrum) but as with anything having a preference element, it's largely subjective.

Nonetheless, I do find the analhive a reprehensible cohort and a prime example of a vocal minority in any sense, as they've played a part in a few performers either altering their careers or changing how they interact with fans.

True to the topic, I do think anal and so-called extreme anal acts have been normalized in society and in porn over time as the medium has grown. No statistics on hand, but that is my impression as a 20-plus year viewer.

anal in my opinion is not an extreme act unless like tall-tee said it involves fisting or stuffing as much stuff in there as possible. i feel like a dominant discussion of certain subjects does mean those certain subjects are at the forefront of a certain movement i.e trap genre in music right now is dominating music discussion. but as sex is linked to our primal instinct of procreation the way the brain acts to sexual stimuli and the effects of dopamine release, it rewires a brain. and like a drug the brain craves it more and and in higher doses i.e more extreme porn.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/men/thinking-man/scary-effects-pornography-21st-centurys-accute-addiction-rewiring/

look im not against porn in the slightest, i liken to something like cocaine or speed, ill have it every now and then but i have the fortitude to not keep chasing more extreme forms such as meth or heroin. and like you said angry pirate you view it in an erotic/sensual sense but a lot of othr posters are talking about spitting and anal farting. watch porn all you like but i feel like there is an increase in the extreme nature of porn like 50kg 18yr olds getting dominated by 1 (or even multiple 6ft roided up beefcakes), spitting, pissing (which is something i really dont understand but i bet bear grylls is into it) ,maybe its an increase in the access to internet that more voices are heard but its hard to not think theyre is a desensitization problem i mean this page from 2003 shows only two threads which would be considered "extreme"

Screen Shot 2020-02-12 at 7.55.43 PM.png

i mean maybe its not as doomsday as i think it is, but its kind of a troubling thought.

^^Funniest thing about that 2003 excerpt, aside from Asian Women Wrestling, is the topic about Down The Hatch 11 being a big disappointment. If we got a swallowing movie like that with actresses of that profile (at the time) today then mass swallow fans like myself would have their hands to the skies in gratitude.

Maybe the answer is more cyclical on a smaller level and some things come as others go. The early 2000s were definitely a golden age for swallowing, but it seemed to me like only the most hardcore branded actresses like Ava Devine regularly did extreme anal. Maybe now we're just in a golden age of anal every which way you like.

There are a lot of variables at play beyond simply consumer tastes, as I've seen multiple directors come on here and say it's virtually impossible to film a mass swallow scene for a bunch of reasons (of different levels of believability). All of that to say while I do think porn has become more normalized in mainstream society, I'm not as certain that there's really been desensitization to what elicits a turn on.

Edit: typo

I'd like to know why this should be true for porn only and not for real life sex , not only you get the dopamine but also ferhormones and all those tactile stimuli you wouldn't get with porn , to stay with your comparison porn is merely a taste of weed whereas real sex is a shot of heroin compared to that and , as a matter of fact, a lot of people get into trouble for sexual reasons and yet none of them follows his procreative instincts in need of more extreme acts to maintain his/her sexual prowness , especially those married for many years with the same partner would need more and more stimuli to feed their arousal , but this doesn't happen , yes there are those who add some "salt" in their relationships but usually there isn't any evidence of a general path toward extreme acts.

Anyway I've been a porn user for years and yet I don't need extreme porn , I still prefer one on one "vanilla" what I really need is a performer I like in the scene

I'm a bit puzzled why you had to point out that you're not anti-porn. I can't see anyone calling you out directly with an accusation of holding that view or anyone who implied you had such a view cloaked like you support porn. If you take a disagreement with your views on porn viewing inevitably escalating to harder, more extreme material as an accusation of you having an anti-porn agenda, I think you need to evaluate your skills of comprehension.

I said absolutely no such thing about my viewing habits of pornography being out of eroticism and sensuality nor did I imply it. You are either wilfully twisting what I stated to fit your agenda or you are incapable of taking what I said at face value. When I think of something being erotic and sensual, the sexual aspect is partly left to the imagination but porn leaves little to it. It's not the case that I don't watch or chase extreme porn because of fortitude. Fortitude doesn't hold me back, it's the simple fact that certain genres of porn don't appeal to me, some are offputting and some I find revolting so I can't say I have been desensitized.

When dating back to 2003, you are hardly comparing apples with apples, are you? Fewer households had fixed internet access back in 2003 and the internet pornography market hadn't reached a point of maturity in 2003 as physical media was far more common back then so how can you possibly state that your observations of ADT's forum are conclusive proof when you're not even comparing like for like? It is only "hard" to not to think there is a problem with porn viewers being desensitized because you have a vested interest in pushing this narrative.

I agree that there's been a change. Obviously, it's complex, and many factors are involved. "Desensitization" is intuitively obvious, and I think this is the main reason it's been brought up by so many people. It doesn't ring true to me.

I tend to agree with fit18, but will add my own thoughts. In short: Even more extreme porn was available in the Golden Age, and search engines both reveal the existence of kinks and provide a tool to market to them.

I started watching the Golden Age, when features had to appeal to a broad audience. Almost every film had a few BG scenes, some GG (which often became a threesome), and many ended with an orgy.

Kinky stuff was in peep booths. Curiosity sometimes got the better of me, and I saw stuff that I wish I could unsee. (Bestiality is a bigger kink than you might realize by looking at the internet.)

In the VHS era, you started seeing feature-length titles marketed towards particular kinks, but these were the more vanilla kinks- lesbian, anal, big tits, etc. New kinks emerged reflecting changes in technology. Video cameras lowered costs, and gonzo emerged, but you also saw the rise of amateur porn and other low-cost genres.

In the internet era, I see several things reinforcing each other:

1) I agree with fit18 that the internet allows producers to market to even very unusual kinks. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) may also explain the rise of hybrid genres- like "Teen IR DP DA gangbang"- which may reflect producers' attempts to show up in as many searches as possible. SEO may help explain why some relatively tame kinks may be becoming more extreme. If you're going to market an anal scene, you want to be able to include the "rimming", "gaping", and "A2M" (ass to mouth) tags, so these sub-kinks become almost de rigueur within the anal genre.

2) Search engines also allow producers to see what people search for. I didn't know that I liked Jerk Off Encouragement (JOE), until I saw it marketed as a separate kink, but now that I know about it, I search for JOE. I'm guessing that few producers even realized that it was a kink until someone had to figure out how to describe what was happening in a scene. Over time, the kink found its market, and abbreviations emerged. (To give a sense of how small some kinks are: "Jerk Off Encouragement" (JOE) is subtly different from "Jerk Off Instruction" (JOI) in ways that I don't care about, but I avoid "Cum Eating Instruction" (CEI).)

3) Computers and the internet also create new kinks. Hentai is an obvious example, and no doubt, it has spawned numerous sub-genres. Easy access to video editing software allows us direct access to other fans' particular kinks by watching their remixes. I'm guessing JOE, JOI, and CEI partly emerged as cam girls naturally encouraged guys to jerk off for them. The fact that more kinks are on view makes porn seem more extreme.

4) When searching the internet for porn, you are instantly confronted with other peoples' kinks. Some kinks may attract your attention, not because you are drawn to them, but because they repulse you. (Let me offer a personal example: I liked anal when it allowed me to perv out on the girl's spread pussy while watching her get fucked. Rimming and A2M get close enough to eating shit that I can't jerk off to it; anal gaping is also a turn off. Between rimming, gaping, and A2M, I've started avoiding anal scenes. Once guys like me start avoiding anal, anal starts marketing itself more to guys who like these sub-kinks. If I weren't willing to step back and ask myself whether SEO might explain why anal scenes are becoming kinkier, I might assume that anal fans are becoming desensitized.) There is a fine line between dirty and disgusting, and people remember things that disgust them. The internet has a lot more boring porn than extreme porn, it's just that people notice and discuss the extreme stuff.

As a long time porn fan, I will say the most extreme porn I ever saw was from my first decade watching porn. (Bestiality didn't surprise me as people would tell jokes about farm boys and Catherine the Great. A single image that I saw in the 80s may explain why my mind almost automatically goes from A2M to shit-eating, and it shocked me more than anything I have ever seen on the internet.)

Some things never change. I would imagine most internet searches include the names of female stars. Back in the Golden Age, the female stars were the main draw.

porn has a place in this world and kinks do as well (here is a site that illustrates that https://www.healthline.com/health/healthy-sex/is-porn-bad#see-a-doctor) but there has to be an acknowedgement of the increase of extremity in porn coupled with th ease of access that is warping perceptions

https://www.thedailybeast.com/why-porn-has-gotten-so-rough

https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/comment/porn-has-changed-for-the-worse-even-men-have-noticed-8846457.html

also on another note ive been the only one bringing articles to the table other than hyperbole so i can hardly see myself having confirmation bias

^ Right. You do realize that just because you can hardly see x or y, it doesn't necessarily mean x or y can't be applicable?

Confirmation bias isn't based exclusively on hyperbole. It's about referring only to sources that align to the conclusion you wish to be true and you have consistently demonstrated that trait.

It's interesting how you proclaim a change in perceptions, almost demanding acknowledgement of it due to extreme porn but that is a false pretence as not everybody cares for such a genre of porn and that not everybody's tastes in porn have changed toward extreme porn despite watching porn for a long time. To expect others to acknowledge your all-encompassing views as gospel is absurd as you have failed to acknowledge other people's differing views and experiences that don't match up, nor have you produced cogent responses to the counter-arguments refuting your claims.

I have sold porn for 15 years and did plenty of datamining on the 20-25 years of sales data I had access to and I have never seen anything that indicates people getting desentisized. And before the internet there was plenty of extreme porn too, it's just more visible now.

Anti-porn campaigners have been making the allegation that it is a drug in which the 'user' requires stronger and stronger doses, for over half a century. In all that time they've never come up with any evidence, but they don't worry about that.

today accessibility to porn which has led to an overflow of porn which in turns cheapens the profession. when i was young you were lucky to watch the little windows movie clips sites had for free. nowdays a movie is released and it is immediatly torrentable, negating most of the financial investment the studio put in which in turn would want to make something more attention grabbing to ensure continued profit over investment. also when i was young i remember hearing about sasha gray from entourage and the reason she was so famous was because she was doing some pretty extreme stuff (i remember reading she referred herself to a human toilet or licked a toilet after some dude pissed in it, i cant remember).nowdays theres a site that i saw in the threads called legalporno and it seems like everyday they are putting up a "sasha grey" esque performance

[mod edit: image removed. see the image policy. No images displaying illegal or obscene sex acts, this includes bestiality, scat, pissing, or other bodily functions protrayed in a sexual manner.]

also triple anal is pretty much all over that site, like its just an everyday thing, till i aw this site i didnt think it was even a thing (like i said ive never really been into porn). now with such an overflow of extreme options it could only have an affect where a paradigm shift happens and porn becomes more stylistically "extreme" like legal porno even in movies where its just a dude fucking a chick.

Screen Shot 2020-03-24 at 2.34.30 AM.png

now the above thread is just one persons idea, but humans for the most part crave excitment and difference, when faced with the same thing most of the time it fails (why i feel like your standard laugh track sitcom doesnt have much of a shelf life with the chuck lorre trio bbt, tahm and 2bg the exception for some reason) because its just not exciting and it gets old real quick. i have seen some weird threads on this site from armpit licking requests, puking etc. i mean back in the day people had thes perversions i dont disagree but with these perversions n longer niche it might become a little to vanilla. i remember seeing a wbsite called efukt at college and it featured girls crying on set. i dont think i could live in a world where crying fetish was mainstream

*slow clap*

Here we go again. You're cherry picking only the things that fit your narrative, affirming the confirmation bias you deny.

Ubiquity in itself doesn't cheapen a product. Ubiquity of poor build quality products/low production values and demand for them are what cheapens something. Wedding dresses are plentiful but the cheap ones haven't trashed the market as people still buy the expensive supposedly higher quality ones. Children are born by the second but baby products still cost a fortune and they're not usually in short supply (disregarding coronavirus at present).

I am still very fond of Sasha Grey but I didn't take a liking to her when she was in the industry because of the sexual acts she performed. I liked her because she is extremely physically attractive to me. In fact, I was hooked from the softcore content she did for Digital Desire. I never cared for piss drinking or toilet licking, even if Sasha starred and that has remained true of the near 20 years I've watched porn for.

To date, you still haven't demonstrated your narrative to be a majority view, nor have you come up with a riposte that disproves the counter-arguments made from anyone here.

I must say I found this rather interesting and there are some things that I thought myself. I am an "outsider" who was like everyone else in high school and middle school. Did not really have any other interest in porn until some marriage issues and differences in sex drives. I am sure in addition to the stereotypical guy people think look at porn there are those with other partners issues as well. Hell some guys look at porn who are in really good relationships.

There are many things I wondered about porn and it really like you say seems far more extreme than the 70s 80s and some 90s stuff that I had on vhs/dvd> Modern porn really was exposed to me in my mid 30s with the internet.

Part of it always comes down to the difference in men and women. I like to think most men are gentlemen and most women are ladies ( again I am 45) with that i have to wonder how most women and any lady gets on her knees and blows 10 guys they just met. I mean i am all for doing what makes you happy but in reading interviews there are women who are just total nymphos and were before they got into porn so I doubt there are many issues. Majority it seems for money. There are not many jobs women could make the kind of money they are making at the ages they are making it. Sadly we usually do not hear about the negatives. Just to throw a name out there. I wonder for every Abella Danger or Sasha Grey how many fail, regret doing it. maybe lose jobs when their porn past is found it. Now its legal so I dont support people losing their jobs but as much as for a potential marital partner judgement will be made by guys same goes for society. Now there are not much left, but there are some morals still in society. They are going away more and more and faster and faster so no doubt one day porn actress will be viewed the same as being a lawyer or so forth.

Many stars have said they were told things like "everyone is going to know including your parents" now one guy who looks like he only gets laid because he has money and runs an amatuer site ( leah gotti did her first scene for him) implies on his website faq for girls that basically someone could recognize them but its unlikely. Well that seems a bit dishonest be it intentional or not.

You then wonder about diseases. I mean i understand the 14 day aids test has virtually kept aids out of American porn ( please correct if wrong) Now i understand herpes are all over the place and Chlamydia and Gonorrhea still get through and one of them can cause sterility in females.

Now few bite the hand that feed them. I doubt many actresses will say "I hate taking 5 cum shots from 5 guys, but it pays the bills" I am sure there ae some ladies out there even who do things like that. I just can't believe woman don't value their bodies that much. Some if not many do not but I am sure many would rather be doing other things. I recall one star I like said she got into it after "aging out of the foster care system". This star also said that next to her child being born her gang bang was the best day of her life. I actually feel very sorry for the lack of morals there. To even compare those as close really shows what is wrong with our society.

Now there are stars who were swingers ( never figured that one out as why get married) and then got into porn. One star whose scenes i enjoy has a husband that used to arrange gang bangs before porn so its just a matter of others seeing it and making money from it. It really does not seem that big of a stretch except maybe when you have children and kids get bullied because of what "mama does for a living" kids should be off limits but this is the one thing i think is really unfair that is not thought about.

I am not going to get into the pink cross foundation as they had their issues but I did find some of what actress known as Elizabeth Rollins had to say very credible, but there is the organization fight the new drug and they make many great points. Now as far as stars who used to be in porn there are several who talk about it, but as far as regret and such off hand I recall Leah Gotti, Mia Khalifa, Veronica Vain, Lahna Rhoads, and others. Lisa Ann does not seem to regret porn ( hell without it she is not who she is an i am sure she is aware of that) , but she mentions the harder core stuff the girls are doing and how some can be dangerous. Ms rhoads i think still shoots with some guys but mentioned about going the set to have sex with a guy she never met. Yeah many ladies would have issue with that. And Veronica Van talked about crying after scenes. I always wonder how many stars do that. I have to think unless they are all sex crazed bimbos many do even if they will not admit to it and I would not if i were in the industry as you really cant. Jenna Jameson has also discussed issues within the industry and I fail to see why she would lie.

There are qutie a few things many outside the industry will probably never know. There is good and bad in all things but when its a flesh market where women are often called "the product" and have a "shelf life" i will say I am more suspect of it than other industries. One reason I often watch the older women stuff is when you get into porn in your 30s you often have lived a bit more life and are far less likely to be taken advantage of than being say 18. Now not all 18 year olds have issues but most have not really lived life and the kind of money most are promised they can make is pretty luring to someone. I can't say i blame them. I just feel bad when girls say how "lonely" porn can be or a guy you split up with that you stay friends with tells you how hard it was to even kiss you. I can imagine no matter how tough a girl wants to play that has to hurt. Now I am sure dating fellow performers has its advantages and disadvantes but the average Joe out there also migth figure "She is a 10 but does porn. I ll take the 8 that is a nurse" just human nature. Now guys are lying like hell if they say they are kicking of the stars out of bed and many might even date for sometime. Not everyone marries the girl they date. Big difference then again today among young people marriage and children often seem thought of as bad things. I have talked to some stars on twitter ( assuming it was them) and most are pretty nice and welcome opinions and answer questions. They will tell you that its fantasy nd all women are not like that but many do just love sex. I just have to wonder with some of the scenes and acts if "Bet her daddy is proud" and stuff like that ever come to mind. I mean some stuff in regular mainstrem porn i just do not get like 10 guys cumming in a jar and drinking it or three guys shooting it up her butt. squeezing each one out and drinking it. I highly doubt a "Feminist" came up with that as being hot or "empowering" NOw the fact someoen will probably pay 3-5k for the scene, hell yes that is empowering. But I do often wonder where the empowerment is? I do hear "I control the scene. I can say cut at anytime" Well Nikki Benz wrote an article anyone can google that she was raped on set and yelled cut. And supposedly someone can ask for a condom at anytime. I am not going to say that is true, but I am sure it will effect the amount of work the girl gets unless she is with a condom only studio. For some reason I really am curious of hte ins and outs. Not all girls are broken as the stigma is but then again you dont hear about it till after the fact. I mean Keisha grey, Torri black, and Leah gotti all had documented drug issues. IN gotti's case she was abused as a child but I do not recall that in any interviews.

I forgot to mention belle knox. Now she was all in as far as porn went but I recall before she left porn she mentioned she could have been teh one who killed herself instead of another actress whose name i forget but it was not Ms Ames. I also don't think she mentioned her issues growing up with sexual abuse for some time. Not that most people would but that is something many people think cause women to have such low value for their bodies and i am sure sex abuse does cause that. Many stars want money, love sex, want to express themselves or any combination but I don't think the amount of "broken girls" in the industry are as small as they make it out to be. She also said her last scene "My most hardcore" was what made belle knox quit. yet she was all in. I guess she started to value her body more. Leah gotti posted a picture of her IR gang bang and mentioned she felt like a "piece of meat" and object for others pleasure. Well in porn they are not looking at it thinking you are a wonderful proper lady and want take someone like you home to meet mom and say you are going to be the mother of their children.

Now many of these issues have to do with double standards of men and stigma society has, but I hilghy doubt they will change anytime soon. I highly doubt the girls will demand equal pay for men and from what even some starlets say the guys go through at hell of alot more and have a much harder job than they do. if i recall brandi love wrote an answer to a fan question on how a man gets into porn and she said the effect of that. The thing is the way men are if all men went on strike you could go to any college and if it were not for the stop, start, stop start be able to find tons of willing men to do this with most of the stars. Men just do not get judged by their amount of partners the way women do. Is that fair? Of course its not but I do not think its changing anytime soon because less women are concerned than men are.

Just some thoughts while reading this. Not trying to pee in anyones's cherrios or anything but there is always good with the bad and yes many hollywood women sleep with lots of men as well, but NOT EVERYONE CAN SEE IT. that is the difference. There clearly is a high price for porn and rewards for some can be pretty good. Some people lose families, I recall one star whose father killed himself said she had not spoken to that side in years. I would hope she did not think porn was worth that. I doubt she does but if she thinks porn was worth more than the love of a father she has more issues than just porn. I have to wonder if she was in his life maybe he would not have killed himself. I am sure there are many stories we will never hear. Many frowns behind smiles just like many other things in life, entertainment or sports. I hope the girls who are happy stay happy Those who wnat to get out are able to and those who are not strong enough for it do not find their way into the industry. Porn is one industry that I really think can eat people up and spit them out and its not like there are pension or retirement funds.

^ You have made some valid points but your incessant slut-shaming throughout completely devalues them. Maybe its a generational thing. I'm 31, and if I met someone who revealed to me that she was a porn star then I wouldn't immediately dismiss her as a potential partner.

^ I started to doze off with the constant ramblings equating of a woman's self-worth or the lack thereof against the number of sexual acts and partners she engages with, not to mention the apparent notion that marriage between two people is pointless if they go swinging as if marriage has the same meaning to everyone.

^^ I can assure you that the slut shaming is most definitely not a generational thing. I'm 54 and would never judge someone on something as relatively insignificant as whether they worked in the adult industry. After I get to know a person better I may judge them on the nature of their character and ethics, but sex work? Not going to judge that.

^ +1

Tying such attitudes to a generation or age-factor is really lazy as it ignores individuals or large minorities who are not of that view they're tarred with.

^ I did say maybe. Obviously there are exceptions. Hopefully there will be lots of exceptions. Just an impression I get from some posts on these forums by other generations. I'm lazy in general but I try not to be mentally!

^ I didn't take offence to your comment. I figured it was just you wondering out loud. Tolerance and acceptance is probably more defined by upbringing and experience than by when you were born.

The biggest sellers in porn will always be 1) IR, and 2) Anal

Look at the rankings here, or on xrent.com, or even avns site. Look at sales and rentals.

1.Grab Bag 10-Pack
2.Tight Fit: Dredd
3.My First Big Black Cock #3
4.Interracial Anal Affairs
5.Tight Fit: Jason Brown
6.Who's Your Daddy Now? #2
7.Sexual Desires Of Riley Reid
8.Interracial Size Queens
9.Ass Fucked
10.BBC Advanced Anal
11.My Sister Has A Tight Pussy #4
12.Interracial Indiscretions
13.My Sister Has A Tight Pussy #3
14.BBC Advanced Anal #2
15.MILF
16.Sexual Desires Of Dakota Skye
17.BBC Pie
18.Brothers & Sisters #2
19.Daddy Issues #1
20.I Seduced My Brother

Thats from today, and not reviews, SALES. 11 out of the top 20 are IR. 5 are anal, and 1 a riley reid showcase. How many straight, 1 on 1 vag movies are there? That arent family cosplay? A couple? Ive seen multiple focus group sessions on this stuff. The guys who prefer 1 on 1 boy girl vanilla bed, are also the most likely to say so, regardless of how far we have come as a society, its still a little less likely that guy will tell you he likes gangbang, or dp, because theyre afraid of being looked down upon, but the dollar always speaks louder. IR, anal, and insest rule porn for now.
