I don't really mind if people that I don't personally know call me Karen. I probably prefer being called Tricia here on ADT and when I'm at conventions, but I don't get upset either way. I'm more fun as Tricia, and much more self-conscious when I allow myself to just be Karen, so maybe that's a big part of why I still like a part of me to identify with being crazy lil' Tricia Devereaux. One of my friends called me Tricia over the phone a couple weeks ago, and I started laughing. It was so cute. It was just a slip-up on his part, cause when he met me years ago, he didn't know my real name. But I hadn't heard him call me Tricia in anything but a joke in a few years.
