Ass To Mouth is a thing that's gotten very popular and i'm always thinking how genuine these scenes are? There's always girls in the movies saying stuff like "I love tasting my own ass" and stuff like that, so do they? I mean, i know there's alot of preparation for an anal scene, so do they clear their ass out in extreme ways in some way to get rid of some of the taste or what? Most of the ones I've seen are real, with no camera/editing trickery. It's one of the few situations where the cameraman/editor rarely spazzes.

I think there are a few tricks and the "i love the taste of my own ass" are just said to spice things up. I love to her some thoughts from those inside the biz.
With that said, unless there are editing tricks, even with the ladies cleaning out their ass and/or rubbing/spitting on the dick and sucking it is still pretty provocative! I'd would have to wash it with soap before I put an anal-dick in my mouth. So, they still get props in my book.

C'mon, you guys don't need an industry insider to tell you that a dick that's been up a girl's ass tastes like ass do you? Isn't that the whole appeal of the ATM though? IIRC A number of performers have responded to this in various threads over the years. The common response, as junglew suggests, is that the girls just get a mouthful of lube. I don't know if lube comes in "porn chick's ass flavour".
