Manuel and Markus both are considered proteges of Rocco Siffredi. Rocco is the biggest male pornstar ever in Europe. Famous for his rough gonzo style. Both Manuel and Markus learnt the rough style from him. Rocco is very rough to women but he does have a love and respect for women due to his Italian culture.


Now Manuel went to America and made a well earned name and reputation for himself. He is respectful and kind to women and has won many AVNs as a result.

Markus has also gone to USA. However he is in trouble now as ge is accused of abuse by many girls and pushing August Ames to suicide.

Here is the thing. Manuel is French so he has a respect for women. Its a part of his culture. Markus is Russian and they have no respect for women in their culture. They are misogynist by nature. So while Manuel tempered Rocco's style with French lovemaking, Markus increased irs violence with Russian misogyny.

I don't really know much about these three men though I am well versed in scenes with Rocco and Manuel. I'm much less familiar with Markus though I've undoubtedly seen many of his scenes. You're certainly right that Rocco and Manuel bring a passion to their rough sex style and that both seem to be liked and respected in the industry. I can't say that I fully agree with your hypothesis because I have no knowledge that allows me to do that but it certainly seems plausible.

^I'm with you because if we are going down this path then what is the OP's explanation for James Deen, Max Hardcore and a slew of other well known American performers who have done some pretty misogynist type shoots.
